Highlight of the party was first time ta'olunga (Tongan dance) by 6 year old Tiara 'Ilolahia, the granddaughter of PPP members Elaine and Will and visitng DJ from Australia DJ Demian. Will gains 82% of registered voters
7th April Waiata's founder has now for the 4th time gained the highest number of votes for an elected Tongan representative in NZ. On 31st March PiBAC held their Tongan representatives elections where Will gained 82% of the received voters. There were more voters but Pibac's vice chairperson took the voting box prematurely.
